2715 II type Glass Textile Sleeving with Polyvinyl Chloride Resin Based Coating (PVC)
(In accordance with JB/T8151.2-1999 & IEC60684-3-406/408: 1988 )
Glass textile sleeving with PVC Based Coating is manufactured with non-alkali fiberglass braided sleeving and coated it with a layer of polyvinyl chloride resin and then heated it to form insulating sleeving.
The polyvinyl chloride fiberglass sleeving possesses good qualities of dielectric, chemical resistance, excellent flexibility and elasticity. It can be used for wiring insulation and mechanical protection for electrical machinery, electric appliances, electric instruments and apparatus, medical instruments and apparatus, radio TV sets and domestic electrical appliances such as electrical fans, washing machine etc.
Length: The standard length of the sleeving is1000mm (continuous length may be negotiated.)

Property Requirements
Resistance to soldering heat Pass,(only for nominal bore diameter below or under 5mm)
Bending after heating No cracking or ***achment of coating shall be visible after
bending around mandrels after 96hours at 130℃
Bending at low temperature No cracking or ***achment of coating shall be visible after
bending around mandrels at 25℃
Insulation resistance Room temperature 10M¦¸
Damp heat temperature 10M¦¸
Flam propagation 60seconds max, in addition the indicator flag on any of the three test specimens shall not be burned or have flaming or glowing particles or flaming drops ignite the cotton.
Temperature index 105℃
